This tradition of excellence and the strong collegial relationships within our medical staff has allowed us to attract and retain the most well qualified, talented and caring physicians available.

From the pre-operative phone call until our first bedside meeting, we are here to answer your questions, allay your fears and see that you are treated safely and comfortably during the time you spend with us. Whether you are here to deliver your baby, have an outpatient diagnostic procedure or undergo open-heart surgery, you are our most important responsibility and we value your trust.

People and Technology: This is a hallmark of Washington Hospital’s excellence. Our physician staff match this high standard where all are board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology. Several of our members are double boarded in additional medical specialties. We have trained experts in cardiac, pediatric, pain management and obstetrical anesthesia. Such an environment has encouraged our physicians to continue to develop essential skills in cutting edge areas including difficult airway management and TEE (trans-esophageal echocardiography)

Managed Care: The high cost of medical care is a concern and a challenge that both patients and physicians must share. In view of this responsibility, we take care of all patients who require our services at Washington Hospital, whether they are insured or not. Northern California Anesthesia Associates is completing managed care contracts with major insurance providers including most of Fremont’s payor market.
